9.3.1.2 Proyecto final de EIGRP (Versión para el instructor)

Objetivos
En esta actividad de proyecto final, demostrará su capacidad para lo siguiente:
• Diseñar, configurar, verificar y proteger EIGRP, IPv4 o IPv6 en una red.
• Diseñar un esquema de direccionamiento VLSM para los dispositivos conectados a las LAN.
• Presentar su diseño con la documentación de red de su proyecto final.
Nota para el instructor: conviene realizar esta actividad en grupos de dos a tres estudiantes.
Situación
Usted es el ingeniero de red de su pequeña o mediana empresa. Se le solicitó a usted y a su equipo que diseñen una red IPv4 o IPv6 que utilice el protocolo de routing EIGRP.
La red consta de cuatro sucursales que se conectan a un router de la oficina central. La oficina central luego se conecta a un router ISP.
Su trabajo consiste en crear un esquema de red direccionado mediante VLSM y basado en EIGRP usando IPv4 o IPv6 para admitir la cantidad de hosts solicitados para este proyecto final.

Paso 1: Diseñar la topología de la red.

Paso 2: Elaborar el esquema de direccionamiento de red.
a. Utilice cualquier dirección Clase B RFC 1918 que admita las especificaciones que se indican en el paso 1.
b. La conexión LAN del ISP utilizará un número de red IPv4 distinto para indicar conectividad de Internet o telecomunicaciones a los servidores.
c. Utilice VLSM de manera eficaz para conservar direcciones y permitir la escalabilidad.
d. Aplique el esquema de direccionamiento de red a los hosts y a las interfaces LAN y WAN.
Paso 3: Implementar el protocolo de routing EIGRP en la red.
a. Requisitos:
1) Anuncie las redes conectadas directamente mediante la máscara wildcard.
2) Desactive el resumen automático.
3) Deshabilite las actualizaciones de routing que se envían a través de las interfaces LAN.
4) Implemente una ACL extendida con nombre en la red.
b. Recomendaciones (elija dos):
1) Implemente selectivamente rutas resumidas EIGRP.
2) Modifique los temporizadores de saludo de EIGRP.
3) Modifique el ancho de banda de las interfaces.
Paso 4: Configurar la seguridad básica.
a. Restrinja el acceso a la conexión de consola.
b. Configure contraseñas cifradas.
c. Restrinja el acceso a las conexiones VTY.
d. Configure un aviso de advertencia.
Paso 5: Realizar una copia de seguridad de las configuraciones de cada router en el servidor TFTP.
Paso 6: Verificar la red.
a. Valide la conectividad haciendo ping a todos los dispositivos.
b. Utilice cinco comandos show para verificar la configuración de EIGRP.
Paso 7: Presentar el proyecto final a la clase y estar preparado para responder las preguntas de los pares y del instructor.
Notas para el instructor: se sugiere que esta actividad de creación de modelos sea una asignación con calificación para realizar después de completar los capítulos del 1 al 11. Los estudiantes deben ser capaces de mostrar cómo se diseñan, configuran, verifican y protegen las redes pequeñas. El registro es un factor importante de este proyecto, y los estudiantes deben poder explicar el diseño y la verificación de la red mediante el uso de los comandos show.
